have been optioned by Tkach Ventures, Inc. Yan Tkach will Executive Produce, with Jacqueline Evered producing for Ordinance 14 and Noelle Geiger coming on board as Associate Producer. Charles Evered and Holly Rudolph will write the screenplay based on his play. Evered will direct.

Yan Tkach
Executive Producer
Yan Tkach is the managing director of MTIP Commercial Real Estate in Los Angeles. He is an experienced commercial professional with a proven track record of finding, implementing and using cutting edge technology, closing deals, and leading a team of brokers with a compassionate and motivational management style. Mr. Tkach has sold and leased a total of over $40 million dollars in commercial real estate. He has a strong emphasis on being an early adopter in technology as well as being a partner in a SAAS CRE lead company, which will be the first of it's kind. He is also a trained actor, who has appeared on stages throughout the country and starred in award-winning short films. He founded Tkach Ventures Inc- in 2017 to be utilized for strategic alignment with partners across asset classes from real estate to film. He is the executive producer of "An Actors Carol," by Charles Evered. Outside of his business interests, Yan is a member of the Entrepreneur's Organization Accelerator program in Los Angeles and enjoys playing basketball, doing krav maga, and freestyle rapping."
Noelle Geiger
Associate Producer
Noelle Geiger is a writer/actor who has been with An Actor's Carol since the beginning. She appeared in the original production with Hal Linden at the Hi-Desert Playhouse as Player #1, playing all 6 female roles. She also directed and narrated the Melissa Morgan Gallery production starring Miles Anderson. Her mother is grateful to Charles that she is using the BA in theater that she received from Indiana University. Working in website design, she became the obvious choice to promote the play and movie by building the official website and assist in getting the movie made.
Charles Evered
Writer / Director
Charles Evered took his undergraduate degree from Rutgers-Newark and an MFA from Yale University, where he studied with director George Roy Hill. Mr. Evered has won several awards for his writing including The Crawford Award, The Berrilla Kerr Award, The Alfred P. Sloan Fellowship at The Manhattan Theatre Club, The Chesterfield/Amblin Fellowship, The Edward Albee/William Flanagan Fellowship, The Bert Linder Fellowship and The Lucas Artist Fellowship at the Millay Colony. His plays include Running Funny, (premiere at Williamstown Theatre Festival featured Paul Giamatti), Billy and Dago, (Actor’s Studio--NYC) premiere featured Scott Cohen, The Size of the World, (Yale Repertory Theatre premiere featured Liev Schreiber, Circle Repertory Company—NYC premiere featured Rita Moreno and Frank Whaley), The Shoreham, (LA premiere featured Eric Stoltz), Adopt a Sailor, (Town Hall -- NYC premiere featured Sam Waterston, Eli Wallach and Neil Patrick Harris,) Celadine, (premiere featured Amy Irving) and Class, (premiere featured Thaao Penghlis and Heather Matarazzo.) His plays have been published by Broadway Play Publishing, Samuel French and Smith and Kraus among others. Additional plays include: Traces, Wilderness of Mirrors, Bridewell, Ted’s Head, Clouds Hill, Looking Again, (“Best Ten Minute Plays 2012”, Smith and Kraus) and Ten. He has written screenplays and teleplays for studios such as Universal Pictures, NBC, Dreamworks and Paramount Pictures. His produced film and television credits include an episode of Monk entitled “Mr. Monk and the Leper” for USA Network, starring Tony Shalhoub. Mr. Evered wrote and directed the feature film Adopt a Sailor, starring Peter Coyote and Bebe Neuwirth. Adopt a Sailor was an official selection at more than twenty national and international film festivals, premiering on Showtime. In addition, he wrote and directed the short film Visiting, which premiered at the Palm Springs International Film Festival. His second feature film as a director, A Thousand Cuts starred Michael O’Keefe and was nominated for a Saturn Award by the Academy of Science Fiction, Fantasy and Horror Films. It was distributed by Kino Lorber. Mr. Evered’s most recent film, Out, starred Gloria LeRoy and had its world premiere at the Newport Beach Film Festival. His play, “Knock, Knock,” premiered in London at Theatre503 in 2014. His Christmas play, “An Actor’s Carol,” which he directed, premiered in December 2015 starring Tony winner Hal Linden and was nominated for eight Desert League Awards, winning the Bill Groves Award for "Outstanding Original Writing." Mr. Evered is co-founder of the “Evered House,” a non profit artist residency for military veterans and those who serve in conflict zones located in Port Haywood, Virginia. The house is dedicated to his father, a veteran of World War II. Evered himself served in the United States Navy Reserve, reaching the rank of Lieutenant. His work has been profiled in the New York Times, BBC World and on NPR, among other outlets. In 2010 he formed a production company called Ordinance 14.
Holly Rudolph

Holly Rudolph holds an MFA in Creative Writing and Writing for the Performing Arts from the University of California, Riverside. Her short script, At the Bedside, won bronze in the 2019 Write to Film Awards. Much of her work falls into the fantasy and science fiction genres, but, of course, she writes Christmas movies, too.

Austin has appeared on, off and off-off Broadway, in such productions as The Diary of Anne Frank (with Natalie Portman), Fiddler on the Roof (the original cast, with Zero Mostel), Doubles (with Ron Leibman), Educating Rita (with Laurie Metcalf), Mother Courage (with Meryl Streep), Romeo and Juliet (with Lauren Ambrose), The Last Sweet Days of Isaac (for which he won an Obie and a Drama Desk Award), Hail Scrawdyke (for which he won the Clarence Derwent Award, a production directed by Alan Arkin), and in such roles as Richard III, Richard II, Hamlet, Uncle Vanya, Shylock and many others. He is also an Ensemble member at the Steppenwolf Theatre in Chicago and has acted and directed there and in many other regional theatres. He has acted in over 100 film and television shows. Film credits include My Cousin Vinny, A Beautiful Mind, 2 Days in the Valley, Finding Nemo, Searching for Bobby Fisher, Catch-22, The Muppet Movie, and many more. Television credits include Homicide, Oz, Law and Order, Life on Mars, Miami Vice and many other shows. His Broadway directing credits include Spoils of War, The Runner Stumbles, and a Tony nomination for directing Elizabeth Taylor and Maureen Stapleton in The Little Foxes. His three plays (all published and all widely produced) are Orson's Shadow, Uncle Bob, and Booth; he has also written the book for a new musical called A Minister's Wife, in 2009 at Writers' Theatre in Glencoe, Illinois, and scheduled for production next spring at Lincoln Center in NY. He teaches acting at HB Studio in New York.
Kirk Geiger
The Usher
Kirk Geiger is a Film/television and theater actor with a career spanning over twenty five years. He has multiple TV credits including guest star appearances on CBS’s “JAG” and contract roles on NBC’s “Days of our lives” and ABC’s “One life to live”.
Kirk originated the role of Ty in Del Shores’ long running hit “Sordid Lives“ on stage, and reprised it for both the film version and it’s upcoming sequel “A Very Sordid Wedding“ due out next year.
He took on the challenge of playing four characters in the world premiere of Charles Evered’s holiday hit “An Actors Carol“ at the Hi-Derset Playhouse.
Recently, Kirk played the villain in Kurando Mitsutake highly anticipated film “Karate Kill“ and Chris Sanders "Call Of The Wild" starring Harrison Ford out in 2020.
